Annual Meeting Rescheduled

Unable to maker a quorum of 10% of the membership, the bylaws allow for the meeting to be rescheduled for the next month without the requirement of membership attendance. That allows the business required of that meeting to take place without hindrance of attendance.

This meeting will also be held using online via Zoom. Please reach out to Diane for the LINK so that you may attend if you wish!
