Annual HOA Meeting…

May 18, 2023 is the date set for the Annual Meeting of the Crofton Downs Homeowners Association. This is the BEST opportunity to meet a neighbor, check out the local news and ask questions of the Board that represents Y-O-U!

The meeting will be held at 1830 hours at the Faith Community Church, 1306 Reidel Road, Gambrills, MD 21054. We need everyone interested to come on down because a quorum representing 10% of the homeowners is necessary to conduct this meeting.  If you cannot be present, please assign your proxy to a homeowner that will be in attendance. Proxy’s were part of an e-mail notice, including a ballot. 

If you are not sure who will be in attendance you may assign the proxy to Homestead Management and return to their office on or before May 17, 2023. 

Doing so will ensure that we meet the quorum requirements. 

If a quorum is not achieved, the meeting will be adjourned and notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 5-206 (a) entitled Corporations and Associations of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the additional meeting will be reconvened at 6:30 p.m. on June 15, 2023 by virtual Zoom meeting.
